Review:
"Good evening San Francisco, this is Public image Ltd, we are your friends!" This is an excellent quality audience recording from one of the first of PiL's North American dates.
From the original copy that I received of this gig I mixed it a little and pushed the bass a bit higher into the mix, giving a much more accurate representation of Scott Firth's low-end abilities.

Kicking off with an excellent This is Not a Love Song the crowd seem to be up for it, although not as much as the Club Nokia gig, which of course could be more to do with microphone placement than with the audience themselves.

"Now for the serious stuff!" announces Lydon before a fucking excellent version of Death Disco! One of the highlights of the show!

One bloke who constantly chants "Oi Oi Oi!" gets duly humiliated by Lydon when he mockingly asks him if it's the only word he knows. Great stuff!

The band deliver a particularly short version of Open Up to end the set.
A great bootleg!
